Finance Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process invoices, payments, and staff expenses
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers

  • Respond to finance-related queries from colleagues and external partners
Finance Assistant – What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in a similar Finance Assistant or junior finance role (e.g. accounts payable/receivable or assistant accountant)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily finance tasks
  • Familiarity with finance systems such as Xero, Sage, or similar
  • Ideally studying towards or already holding an AAT qualification
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
