You will handle day-to-day transactional tasks, invoicing, freelancer payments and reconciliations, while gaining exposure to management accounting and broader reporting projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with daily transactional finance tasks including invoicing and reconciliations.
• Exposure to management accounting projects and broader reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and support the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process client invoices based on timesheets and expenses.
• Process freelancer timesheets and payments, reviewing billing information.
• Verify and update freelancer bank details and payment data.
• Complete monthly credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the wider finance team with reconciliations and AP processes.
• Assist on management accounting tasks and finance projects with the Finance Manager/Director.
