Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts or finance administration.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile bank transactions accurately.
• Raise and code invoices correctly, including expenses.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
• Support the monthly BACS payment run.
• Maintain tidy and up-to-date sales and purchase ledgers.
• Assist managers with chasing and clearing outstanding debts.
• Handle internal and external payment queries.
• Provide general finance and administrative support to the team.
