Zusammenfassung

The Pure Gold Company is seeking a Finance Assistant to help manage day-to-day finances across multiple entities. You will work closely with the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller, gaining hands-on experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking, and wider finance operations.

Based in Central London with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), the role offers structured coaching, progression opportunities, and a supportive culture focused on accuracy,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative finance environment.
• Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, Salesforce and Dext.
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or bank reconciliations desirable.
• Confident with Excel (basic formulas - SUMIFs, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong numerical, time management and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Accounts Receivable: Import daily sales transactions from Salesforce to Xero and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve data discrepancies promptly with relevant teams.
• Raise ad-hoc sales invoices and credit notes as required.
• Allocate customer payments accurately each day.
• Assist with debt recovery activities per escalation procedures.
• Own processing of routine client refunds with controls.
• Keep customer master data accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and prevent duplicate client account creation.
