Job summary

LADbible Group is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Manchester-based Finance Team. In this role you will gain exposure to both accounts payable and accounts receivable, supporting the wider team during month-end and helping maintain strong financial controls.

You will work with supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses and supplier/customer queries in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a blended, hybrid role with time split between office and home.

Qualifications

• Interest in finance and desire to develop your career in a finance environment.
• Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices through the purchase-to-pay system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and prepare them for payment.
• Raise purchase orders when required and set up new suppliers.
• Check supplier details and maintain supplier records.
• Process employee expenses and company card transactions.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable inboxes and respond to queries.
• Assist with month-end activities including reconciliations and debtor health reviews.
