Job description

An urgent temp to perm Finance Assistant opportunity has arisen for a leading business based in Swindon. The role will be supporting their friendly accounts department with a range of accounts administration tasks.

Key duties of the position will include:

  • Processing and inputting invoices on to the accounting system.
  • Liaising with suppliers in relation to invoice and payment queries.
  • Setting up supplier payments.
  • Performing account reconciliations.
  • Managing the email query inbox.
  • Assisting with staff expenses.
  • Supporting the team with credit control and sales ledger activities.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills & experience:
  • Prior knowledge and experience of purchase ledger / accounts payable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Friendly and confident communications skills.
  • Able to work well within a team.
  • Competent IT skills.
