Qualifications

• AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a finance or accounts position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end processes and assist with financial reporting.
• Process payroll
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up overdue payments.
• Carry out bank, credit card and other account reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements and assist with payment arrangements.
• Raise sales invoices, allocate incoming payments and maintain customer account records.
• Manage staff expenses, petty cash and associated documentation
• Maintain accurate records and respond to day-to-day finance enquiries.
