Job Opportunity: German-Speaking Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable) – Glasgow – Hybrid

Are you fluent in German (written and spoken) and looking to build a career in finance? Whether you’re experienced in Accounts Payable, Receivables, or come from a customer service or administrative background, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's dynamic Finance Team in Glasgow. This is a hybrid role, offering a great balance between home and office-based work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing and reconciling invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments in both English and German

  • Handling queries related to accounts payable

  • Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

What We’re Looking For
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential

  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Receivables, or a customer service/administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

  • Confidence working with numbers and financial data
