Key Responsibilities:
  • To reconcile & post Own Shops weekly banking and reconciliations
  • Liaise with stores/tender providers to investigate any differences and escalate if need be
  • To post remittance journals received from Host Stores
  • Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayment journals
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling differences
  • Prepare landlord turnover certificates
  • Various other ad-hoc duties within the finance department
The Person:
  • Previous experience within an accounting environment and/or accounting degree
  • Motivated individual with good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within the business and external suppliers
