Job Description

Within a fast-moving vibrant team that provides support to a range of projects and joint ventures. The individual will be a self-starter, who enjoys working with a range of stakeholders and brings financial administration experience and excel capability.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • To carry out all financial administration related to Turner & Townsend Defence projects, in liaison with the Finance Manager
  • Coordinate collation of timesheets, project deliverables and client approvals to support invoicing
  • Chasing aged debts to ensure timely cash collection and reconciliation for all cash receipts
  • Assisting with financial/project queries from the Client and Suppliers
  • Administer and analyse large volumes of sales invoices with acute attention to detail
  • Filing and archiving financial documents
  • Supporting the Finance team with Ad-hoc tasks.

REPORTING

This role reports to the Finance Manager and offers flexible working.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Sales invoices are produced to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and within deadlines
  • Key information and data are accurately maintained.
  • Promote and encourage positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; including project teams, clients and suppliers

Qualifications

KEY EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • AAT/CIMA/ACCA (PQ) or previous experience within an equivalent Finance role.
  • UK Security Clearance must be obtained therefore you must be a UK national
