Description

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join MDD UK who will be an integral part of the Finance team. You will be a critical thinker with prior business or bookkeeping experience. You will join support staff focused on providing high-quality service to our firm's employees, Partners, and clients worldwide. As part of a small, evolving team, flexibility, willingness to learn, and collaboration are key. You must be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team.

This is a full-time role that can be remote or hybrid from the London office.

Your New Role
  • Bookkeeping using in-house accounting software
  • Accounts Payable Entries
  • Month-end processing support
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Staff Expenses Processing
  • Inter-Company Billing
  • Finance Team Backup
  • Fee Fund Administrative Support
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Establish effective communication, cooperation, and goodwill with stakeholders, responding to queries promptly
  • Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the Regional Financial Controller, Europe, and the global team

  • Bookkeeping or finance administrative experience
