Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. The role focuses on invoice processing, reconciliations and reporting, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the company grows.

The successful candidate will have AAT level 2 or 3 (or working towards it), strong Excel skills and a good grasp of accounting principles, with a view to progressing qualifications in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or accounts environment.
• Currently studying or hold AAT Level 2 or 3.
• Confident with financial information and Excel.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Drive to develop skills and qualifications further.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance operations.
• Process invoices and expenses.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
• Contribute to month-end activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes.
