Aufgaben

• Reconciling customer statements and monitoring accounts for overdue invoices.
• Assisting with accounts receivable: collections and cash application.
• Reviewing and processing vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Building relationships and communicating with customers to facilitate timely payments.
• Matching vendor quotes to invoices to verify accuracy.
• Confirming freight-related payments with the Shipping team.
• Recording incoming UK vendor invoices to support the accounts payable.
• Undertaking any other duties as required to meet business needs.
