Finance Assistant, Accounts Payable, based in Glasgow

Idox has an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our Accounts Payable Team based in Glasgow. Reporting directly to our Accounts Payable Manager, this role involves working as part of the team to support the day-to-day operations of the wider business.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, self-driven individual who wants to develop their career in Finance. This role may be of interest to an experienced Accounts Payable / Finance Assistant looking to make the next move in their career. Excellent time management is key to support both daily and month-end reporting deadlines.

To thrive in Finance, you will need excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Idox Group Finance team has a progressive outlook and is a close-knit, diverse team of finance professionals, including experienced qualified accountants and specialists in accounts payable, credit control, management information, payroll, systems accounting, and tax. The successful candidate should demonstrate good IT and Microsoft Office skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
