About Our Client

Page Personnel are working with a fantastic retail business, who due to recent growth within their Finance function - now have a new, permanent Finance Assistant position based at their Bradford site. This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance candidate looking to start their Finance career, ideally wanting to start or currently studying your AAT qualification.

Job Responsibilities

• Processing of company invoices and payments and ensuring all accounts are maintained
• Processing employee expenses
• Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
• Ensuring payment procedures are met within the agreed timescales
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments
• Providing general financial support to the team
• Managing queries via telephone and email on a daily basis
• Maintaining and updating financial records

The Successful Applicant

• Will be wanting to study/currently studying your AAT qualification
• Will be confident with the duties listed above
• Have strong numerical skills and a high attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
