Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Finance Assistant on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Marlow to support day‑to‑day financial operations. The role covers accounts payable, supplier invoices, and payment processing, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Hybrid/work‑from‑home options exist after the training period. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a Finance Assistant role, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP and Basware.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience within a Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant position.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP and Basware would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile supplier or customer statements and resolve queries.
• Set up new supplier or customer accounts and match invoices to POs in Basware.
• Process payment files and reconcile to e‑commerce ledger.
• Assist with cash allocations and respond to shared inboxes.
