Grade 6 - £12,235 per annum – Actual Salary £13.47 per hour (pay award pending)

21 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

(38 weeks term time per year plus training days)

Start date: Wednesday 20th August or dependent on notice period.

We are seeking an outstanding Finance & Administrative Assistant who is confident, friendly and flexible to work in, our busy school office. The successful candidate will be hardworking, willing and enjoy interacting with our children, visitors and colleagues. The main responsibilities of this role are to undertake various financial duties and provide effective administrative support. You will work closely with the School Business Manager and Administrative Assistant. The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision is essential.

You will be working 21 hours per week:

12:30pm – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and

8:00 – 4:00 on Friday during term time.

There may be some minor flexibility to these times.

The successful candidate will:

•Be an effective communicator and have a calm, confidential professional manner and appearance

• Have previous administration and financial experience

• Have excellent IT skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Be able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Be reliable, flexible and punctual
