Finance Assistance: reporting to the Finance Controller, responsible for the finance functions of 5 entities within the Clinical & Commercial Pharma Division of the Uniphar Group, including Uniphar Commercial UK, Uniphar People UK, Uniphar Pharma BV, Nordics, and E4H. Ensures accurate and timely submission of transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and paying expenses
  • Creating and maintaining billing trackers
  • Billing (external & internal)
  • Credit Control
  • Weekly Aged Debt analysis
  • Updating and maintaining statement of works and purchase orders
  • Month-end reporting
  • Reconciling intercompany balances within Uniphar group entities
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including non-financial managers
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively to achieve goals
  • Experience implementing financial controls and procedures
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data for decision-making
  • Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders
  • Experience with cross-company recharges (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP and Xero (preferred)
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Team-oriented and motivated
