Description
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support the preparation of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide financial data and reports to assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Handle general financial queries and provide administrative support as needed.
Profile
A Successful Finance Assistant Should Have
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Proven experience with Payroll and Purchase Ledger
