Finance and Administration Officer

Location: Remote (UK-based)
Type: Permanent, Part-Time (28 hours/week)
Salary: £21,945.95 per annum (pro rata, based on FTE £29,000)
Pension: 6% employer contribution

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping
  • Invoicing, income tracking, and cashflow monitoring
  • Payroll processing and financial reporting
  • Event finance administration (e.g. annual conference)
  • General office and CRM administration
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong financial and office administration experience
  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in XERO and CRM systems (ideally IMIS)
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Professional and friendly customer service skills
  • Experience in the charity or membership sector desirable
