Job Description

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist in updating cash flow statements
  • Journal preparation and processing
  • Manage mailbox
  • Accounts Payable support - raising purchase orders, reconciling bank accounts, uploading bank transactions onto the system
  • Accounts Receivable support - raising sales invoices, ensuring debt settled with agreed terms


The Successful Applicant

The Finance Assistant will be/have:

  • Experience in a similar Finance role
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience using a Finance system/s
  • Immediately available
