Page Personnel has recently registered a new, permanent Finance Assistant position for a well-established facilities management business based in Newcastle. Due to internal movement within the team, our client is seeking to add a new member to their existing Finance team and offers an exciting opportunity for long-term progression for the successful candidate.
As a Finance Assistant, your duties will include, but are not limited to: uploading and processing company invoices, bank reconciliations, running daily reports, supporting the VAT team, managing queries, cash allocations, ensuring invoices are correctly coded, managing the aged debt report, identifying discrepancies, and performing various other related duties.
Candidates should have some experience in Finance or be looking to start their career in a Finance role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships are essential.
Salary up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience, accessible Newcastle location, free parking nearby, AAT study support, flexible working hours, and proximity to public transport links.
