A multinational construction and engineering company is seeking a Finance Assistant for a 6-month temporary role. The position involves overseeing administrative processes and controls, including timesheet management and month-end reconciliations, with a hybrid working model offering flexibility. Ideal candidates will have experience in finance operations and familiarity with ERP systems.
We are partnering with a multinational listed construction and engineering company in their search for a Finance Assistant within Systems & Controls team. This is a 6 month temporary role offering hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) and a day rate between 125 to 145 per day depending on experience.
As the Finance Assistant, you will be the subject matter expert for administrative processes and controls, which includes setting up, processing and monitoring time sheet entries and reports, producing monthly reconciliations statements and journals, resolving queries to ensure balances are controlled and maintaining data processes, controls and documentation.
