Job description

A world-renowned consultancy - assisting companies in their future - is seeking a Finance Assistant.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the management of accounts to trial balance level
  • Have a key focus on generating useful reporting, to assist the business in making strategic decisions
  • Support the Management Accountant with the month end process and management accounts pack
  • Analyse overhead and liaise with budget holders regarding any variances
  • Run and analyse sales pipelines to support with weekly revenue forecasting
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Complete aged debtor and creditor reports and ensure collection of client debt
  • Manage and control purchase ledger and sales ledger
  • Reconcile purchase ledger accounts
  • Maintain fixed asset register

This role is perfect if you are looking for a company that will support you through your studies and you are eager to learn with a broad exposure to various finance functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in ledgers, reconciliations and ideally cash management.

Previous use of Paprika is desirable but not essential.
