Hybrid: 3 days in our Paddington offices, 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Senior Finance Manager

Contract type: Permanent, full time (5 days)

Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times.

Our team in the UK has grown to more than 40 people and we’re not stopping there, we’re looking for a superstar Accounts Assistant to process invoices and keep on top of credit control.

The Role:

You will support the finance team with the processing of invoices and payments, ensuring our accounts are kept up to date. We’re looking for someone with ambition, a good communicator and wanting to take the first step in their finance career with a team eager to share their knowledge. This is an opportunity to develop your skills with a fast growing business and gain exposure across all departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the processing of card and out of pocket expenses
  • Timely processing of supplier invoices and reconciling purchase ledger accounts
  • Assist with Credit Control and resolving customer or supplier queries
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Supporting the month-end processes, including bank reconciliations
  • Adhoc support with finance projects as needed

Requirements:

  • No finance experience necessary, we’re happy to support someone at the beginning of their career
  • High levels of organisation and accuracy
  • Drive to develop professionally and become a trusted member of the team
  • Willingness to get stuck in and take on the excitement a scaling business brings
