Join our hotel team as a Finance Assistant, supporting the Finance Director and Financial Controller in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely financial operations.

What you'll do as a Finance Assistant:

  • Manage billing, refunds, and deposit tracking for meetings and events
  • Liaise between finance and operations to ensure accuracy and control
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with credit meetings
  • Maintain the Billing Email Folder
  • Participate in PM/PX Review Meetings and FO and M&E Planning Teams
  • Maintain and reconcile food stock, service charges, and petty cash
  • Support payroll and service charge allocations
  • Send out lists of open PMs with outstanding balances to groups
  • Prepare the Tronc Master file for Service Charge Allocation
  • Collaborate with planning and front office teams on financial reviews
