Finance Assistant

£28,000 - £32,000 DOE Full-Time Permanent

Join a growing business as a Finance Assistant, supporting key financial operations and driving process improvements. You ll be a vital part of a busy finance team, handling reconciliations, payments, invoicing, reporting and liaising with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly bank reconciliations and cashflow forecasting
• Processing payments and invoices in Sage
• Managing customer orders, invoicing and debt chasing
• Supporting month-end tasks, reporting and margin analysis
• Maintaining accurate records, credit checks and insurance applications

What You ll Need

• Experience in a finance assistant/accounts role
• Good knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
