Confidential is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager across transactional finance and month-end activities within a collaborative team based in Harrogate.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations across accounts.
• Carry out ledger reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Process accounts payable including invoicing, statement reconciliations and payment runs.
• Prepare payroll schedules.
• Process intercompany transactions.
• Review supplier statements.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, charges and balances.
• Assist with month-end processes including accruals, prepayments and reporting.
• Produce reports for internal review and analysis.

Our client is a well established and growing business looking to strengthen its finance team with the addition of a Finance Assistant. This role will support the Finance Manager across a range of transactional finance and month end activities whilst working within a collaborative and supportive finance team based in Harrogate.
