Hadleigh High School, part of the Penrose Learning Trust, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join a busy school finance team. The role involves providing finance support across the trust schools, handling routine financial procedures, and assisting with payroll and reporting as needed.

The position is permanent, 25 hours per week over 41 weeks per year, with a starting salary of £15,824 per annum. January 2027 start date is expected; attendance at all schools within the Trust may be required.

Penrose Learning Trust is an expanding Multi Academy Trust looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our friendly and passionate team. The main purpose of the role will be to provide finance support to the schools within our trust, and the post will be based at Hadleigh High School.

You will have a good working knowledge of financial procedures, and a good standard of general education is essential. We are also looking for someone who is confident, committed and flexible with good communication, organisation and ICT skills. Preferably with experience of working in a school environment.
