Job Description

• Providing financial support to the Accounting & Finance department.
• Managing invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation tasks.
• Assisting with financial planning processes.
• Bank reconciling and conducting payment runs
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Maintaining both purchase and sales ledger
• Assisting with ad hoc finance-related projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Have gained relevant experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
