  • Providing adhoc support to the Financial Controller.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our client’s reputable organisation based in West Kent.

Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices, resolving queries, reconciling statements, processing payment runs
  • Raising invoices, sending statements, processing credit notes, uploading to external systems
  • Credit Control including posting receipts, taking payments, chasing debts, managing accounts
  • Keeping sales and purchase ledgers accurate and up to date
  • Managing finance inboxes, post, and resolving queries
  • Providing adhoc support to the Financial Controller
Qualifications
  • Have a solid understanding of general accounting processes
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Be confident with Excel
  • Possess strong attention to detail and communication skills
