Job Description

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems.
  • Support in preparing financial reports and summaries for management.
  • Handle data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
