Your Recipe For Success

  • Process a seriously high volume of invoices and credits without breaking a sweat
  • Keep the purchase ledger shipshape — accurate entries, reconciliations, and no loose ends
  • Reconcile supplier statements and handle multiple inboxes like a pro
  • Make sure every invoice sticks to our internal processes
  • Download invoices from portals, allocate direct debits, and keep everything on track
  • Deal with supplier and internal queries — quickly, clearly, and with confidence
  • Support the wider Finance team with admin and transactions when needed

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Experience in a high-volume, multi-site setup (hospitality, retail, or QSR = extra brownie points)
  • Confidence dealing with suppliers and colleagues — approachable, professional, and proactive
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail and a knack for smashing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills — written and spoken
  • Microsoft Office wizardry (especially Excel)
  • Bonus skills: SAP Business One, Docuware, or other accounts software
