Finance Assistant

£25-27k


Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm - this role will be full time office based

Duties of the role:

  • Updating cashbook on the accounting system
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Commission statements
  • Generating Sales Invoices
  • Loading Sale invoices
  • Debt collecting
  • Sales Statement process
  • Expenses generating, approval and processing

Requirements for the role:

  • Have previous experience within a Finance Assistant role
  • Experience using Sage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident a vibrant personality
  • Organised
  • Be immediately available to start a new role
