Finance Assistant

One of our US law firm clients is currently recruiting a professional Finance Assistant, with excellent all round transactional finance experience to join their London office on a permanent basis.

  • Salary to £45,000 + excellent employee benefits, including gym membership contribution, neurodiversity support package, season ticket loan, and more!
  • 09:30-18:00 working hours and hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)
  • Liverpool Street

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with broad finance experience gained in a busy accounts department in a law firm who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be joining a top-tier US law firm, based in stunning offices in a highly sought-after City location.

The Finance Assistant Role

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the firm’s financial operations, including invoice processing, data entry, and vendor payments, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with Partners and Business Services teams to resolve billing issues, AP and cashier requests, support payroll processes, and maintain accurate financial records.

This role suits someone flexible, tech-savvy, and collaborative, with strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
