Finance Assistant | 5 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Hybrid - Central Belt Scotland | Starting ASAP
Day Rate: DOE
Main Duties:
- Mainly dealing with mailbox queries in relation to the recent billing run which issued over 10,000 invoices.
- Dealing with rejected invoices.
- Payment plan calculations.
- Updating customer information.
- Investigating undelivered emails.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience of working within a credit control environment.
- Excel skills and experience of working with finance systems.
- An attention to detail is also essential.
Desirable:
- A willingness to learn and be flexible within the role.
- Strong communications skills both internally and with our customers.
- Experience of working in a busy finance department, working to deadlines and able to prioritise work.
