Join Our Finance Crew!

Our client is looking for a super-organised, detail-loving Finance Assistant to help keep the businesses numbers in check. If you’re into spreadsheets, systems, and staying on top of the little things that make a big difference—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into:

  • Supporting sales and purchase ledger tasks (you’ll be the right hand to the Financial Controller)

  • Handling petty cash across multiple sites—keeping it topped up and tracked

  • Managing company credit card transactions like a pro

  • Prepping info to help with payroll (because payday matters!)

  • Processing new client paperwork and making sure it’s all by the book

  • Keeping digital files neat, tidy, and up to date

  • Making sure everything we do follows GDPR rules and stays confidential

  • Helping out with general admin—calls, queries, and whatever else pops up

  • Pitching in with anything else the Central Team needs
