Job Description

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions
  • Maintain and organise financial records for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation
  • Respond to queries from internal teams regarding financial matters
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with policies
  • Identify and address discrepancies in financial data
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to financial administration as required
