Finance Assistant

Basingstoke

Office based, Full time, Permanent Role

Salary up to £25,532.64 PA

We are looking for a Finance Assistant who will work across various stages of a property's life cycle, to deliver the Government Key Worker Accommodation Contract. This varied position will include processing of invoices, auditing and arranging of payments and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

About the Role

The Finance Assistant processes invoices and receipts to ensure all payment terms are met and penalties are avoided, while delivering an exceptional service ensuring payments due to customers and the client are completed with agreed timescales.

Providing administrative support to managers to ensure overall business objectives are met, updating and maintaining written and IT records to evidence outcomes and status as well as conducting data audits as requested, provide reporting and highlighting findings.

This varied position will include processing of invoices, auditing and arranging payments and ensuring accurate records are maintained so attention to detail and a love for numbers would be a big benefit!

As part of the recruitment process for this role, we will carry out a DBS and BPSS check, as well as Security Clearance.
