Finance Assistant
Location: Atherton M46 0SY - Hybrid work
Job type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday

Summary

We are seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to support the financial operations of our business. As an integral part of the team, your role will include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations to ensure the smooth flow of financial information and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Responsibilities
  1. Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, supplier statement reconciliations.
  2. Accounts Receivable: Allocating receipts.
  3. Reconciliations and audits.
  4. The jobholder may from time to time be required to perform additional tasks and responsibilities within their capabilities to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  2. Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve queries promptly.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a flexible approach to work.
  4. High attention to detail is essential.
  5. Experience in a similar finance or accounts role is desirable but not required.
