The team is made up as follows:Financial Planning & AnalysisFinancial ControlCommercial FinanceInternational Finance (USA, Singapore, Italy and China)You will:Produce financial reports used across the business, identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities within the dataSupport annual budgets and regular forecasts, working with managers across the business to gather, test and improve assumptionsSupport the month-end close process and prepare business performance reports and analysisTest and improve reports, systems and financial models, helping finance become more efficient through smarter processes and better use of technology, e.g. AIProvide support across different finance functions when required, gaining exposure to multiple areas of a modern finance teamCollaborate with international finance teams across the USA, Singapore, Italy and ChinaYour skills & experienceStudying towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA)Naturally curious, keen to learn and comfortable working with numbers and analysing dataA problem-solver who enjoys finding better ways of doing thingsOrganised, reliable and able to manage competing prioritiesA strong communicator who can work with people from different functions and at all levels of the businessPrevious experience in a finance or analytical role is beneficial but not essential if you can demonstrate the right mindset and enthusiasm to developAbout youYou inspire with your passion and valuesYou are culturally sensitiveYou are a collaborative team playerYou are straightforward and have no interest in politicsYou are resilient and adaptableYou are curious and disrupt the status quoYou enjoy digging into the detail as well as seeing the bigger pictureYou turn complex problems into simple issuesLocation & RemunerationThe company head office is based just south of Oxford in Didcot.
