Job description

Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to besupporting a dynamic international renewables business to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be based from our clients’ offices in Dyce. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team in a growing organisation. Our client can offer development and progression opportunities, & flexibility around hours.

The Opportunity

The Finance Assistant will maintain the purchase ledger and sales ledger. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Raise POs and request appropriate approval of the PO
  • Match the Purchase invoice to the PO and or gain approval of the Purchase Invoice
  • Process approved purchase invoice on the system
  • Reconcile and match timesheets to planner and external supplier invoices
  • Assist in raising sales invoicing where relevant
  • Process Sales Invoices on the system

Background and Experience

You will be a proactive, self-starter with experience in a similar position. Experience within a role where you have been responsible for high volume invoice processing is key to this position.

You will have great communication skills, excellent time management skills and be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
