Join the busy Finance Department to gain hands-on experience across purchase and sales ledgers, processing invoices, reconciliations and general finance administration while supporting the College Accountant and Head of Finance.

We’re looking for GCSE-level education with Maths/English, good written English, and a systematic, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent with Maths/English preferred.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Gains experience across purchase and sales ledger, processing invoices and payments.
• Supports banking and cash processes and month-end tasks.
• Assists with financial reporting and journals.
