This is an exciting opportunity to join Elysium Healthcare as a Finance and Workforce Administrator. You will play a crucial role in managing various financial and workforce-related tasks, ensuring the smooth running of All Saints Hospital. With your strong administrative skills and attention to detail, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Main duties of the job

As a Finance and Workforce Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including assisting with petty cash management, payroll inquiries, purchase order processing, and maintaining HR systems and records. You will also be involved in completing monthly reports, monitoring staff registrations, and processing maternity and leaver information. Your excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills will be essential in this role.

Job description

Are you an experienced administrator looking for the next step in your career? Become a Finance and Workforce Administrator at All Saints Hospital. You will utilize your skills within a healthcare environment, handling finance admin tasks such as petty cash, payroll inquiries, purchase orders, and more.

With prior experience and good organizational, communication, and time management skills, you can enjoy a rewarding career with training opportunities for growth.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the Electronic Absence System
  • Updating the HR Works system
  • Processing DBS renewals
  • Completing team brief and HOCG reports
  • Monitoring staff registrations
  • Managing Patient Monies and Petty Cash
  • Handling Purchase Orders
  • Responding to third-party requests
  • Processing leavers and maternity paperwork

To be successful, you will have:

  • Secretarial/administration experience
  • 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English & Math) or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols
