Essential Employment is seeking a Finance & Procurement Design & Implementation Lead in Stafford to oversee the ERP transformation, aligning Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration with statutory and organizational requirements.

You will act as the primary translator between the finance/procurement workstream and the police users, ensuring adoption and sustainable benefits through close collaboration with Service Directors, the Programme Director and the implementation partner.

The Finance & Procurement Design & Implementation Lead is the primary functional expert for the finance, purchasing and procurement elements of the ERP transformation programme. You will work closely with the Finance & Commercial Service Directors, Programme Director, Project Manager and the Implementation Partner to ensure the Oracle Fusion Cloud solution is configured to meet the organisational and statutory requirements of the Force at as well as broader transformation goals, adhering to the principle of "Adopt not Adapt".
You will own delivery within the finance, purchasing and procurement workstream and act as the critical translator between the technical consultants building the system and the police officers and staff who will use it daily. You will work closely with business change practitioners to ensure successful adoption and sustainable benefits
