Finance and Practice Manager Position Overview

• Take responsibility for the finance function of the practice
• Production of monthly management accounts, KPI's and other financial reports
• Ensure compliance with ICAEW and other regulatory requirements
• Provide support to the teams across their four offices
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Manage the sales ledger, including direct debit collections and credit control
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Support with ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified and have previous experience working in an accountancy practice.

Position Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice is essential
• Knowledge of Xero software
• Experience writing reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills, particularly Word and Excel
• Must hold a valid driving licence (essential)
