Job description

Finance and Performance Manager, Private Patient and Overseas Services

The post holder will be responsible for managing a team who invoicing and manage the finances of the private patients, overseas and international services. You will need to have operational finance experience and team management skills. You will also monitor the business performance and staff within the private patient, overseas, international and injury cost recovery services. You will be responsible for overseeing the detailed analysis and interpretation of all activities to continue the development and improvement of the services as part of the expansion and development of the private patient business. The post holder will also act as a lead for developing business intelligence tools and provide advanced analytical skills to help us grow the business. You will also be responsible for preparing statutory reports and returns in accordance with agreed timescales. Applicants will need significant NHS leadership experience related to operational finance (not just accountancy). You will have an excellent attention to detail and performance management with previous experience of line management, and a proven track record of financial process improvement and project management.
