Getaway Girlsis a Leeds-based charity that empowers girls and young women to support each other to build confidence, resilience, raise aspirations and develop new skills.

JOB PURPOSE

Having moved into new premises in Seacroft in 2022, we have expanded our work.

The Finance/ Office Manager is key member of the Senior Leadership Team

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Getaway Girls Financial and Office Management to enable the organisation to achieve its charitable objectives through the upkeep of financial systems and management of a busy office, ultimately ensuring high quality delivery of opportunities for young women in Leeds.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Financial Management in a charitable environment, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of girls and young women.

We are looking for someone with a Relevant Finance Qualification and/or experience.

NB: Given the nature and requirements of this post, this post is open to women only and the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9 (Part 1) Occupational Requirement applied.
