The Opportunity :

Our award-winning dealership seeks a positive, confident, and sales-driven individual to join the Finance, Insurance, and Retention team. We are committed to helping customers secure optimal financing and insurance options. You will represent the world's leading brand - VW. Full training, support, and guidance will be provided throughout the training period and beyond.

Duties :

1. Sales of Finance Products : Present and sell financing options to customers, explaining terms and conditions clearly and effectively.
2. Insurance Sales : Offer and explain various insurance products.
3. Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
4. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all transactions comply with regulations. Maintain accurate records of all financial and insurance transactions.
5. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest finance and insurance products and services to provide knowledgeable information to customers.
6. Customer Service : Focus on improving customer retention.
7. Team Work : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer journey.
8. Customer Satisfaction : Analyze feedback and behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
9. Customer Loyalty : Build loyalty programs, win-back campaigns, and satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements :

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or finance industry (not essential).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to analyze financial information and credit reports.
4. High level of customer service and relationship-building skills.

6. Willingness to undergo police and credit checks.
