A leading property management firm in Bristol seeks an experienced Administrator to support financial and data management. This on-site role involves managing service charges, maintaining budget records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Objective
To provide administration support to the Destination, including financial management, business management, and statistical information, and to deputise in the absence of the Finance & Data Manager. The role also supports the management team with the effective operations of the Destination.
Primary Purpose
To develop and contribute to the asset management strategy and business objectives, ensuring high standards of onsite management and care. Maintain the Destination as a best-in-class environment for trade, visits, residence, and work.
